PRO DOM - software for condominiums

An atypical format of cooperation for us: we were integrated into a large team and a huge layer of completed work in the ProDOM system - a program for residents and condominiums. Microservice architecture, hybrid mobile applications, several different programming languages for both the client and server sides. It was interesting.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to perform product development work on an hourly payment basis, namely:

• programming business logic and integrating services
• project management related to programming (Tracker, reports, demonstrations)
• quality control, preparation of manual test scenarios
• manual testing of the product backend
• development of the database in SQL
• programming in PHP 7 (Yii2), Go, JavaScript
• designing the domain model
• task setting
• designing a meta-model for the system
• designing the application architecture

2.2 The Contractor's duties do not include

• writing content
• registering accounts on external services
• communications with technical support of external services
• obtaining access credentials or other data from third-party service panels.
• filling the developed product with content
• translation and filling in the product translation in files or from the admin panel
• development of advertising banners and other design content for the product
• placing information about the program or about the Client's company on third-party services

3. Duties of the parties

3.1. The Contractor is obliged to assemble a working group, organize and control the work process, and personally bear responsibility for the work performed.

3.2. The Contractor is obliged, at the client's request, to provide work results - both visual and in the form of source code in the repository after payment according to the certificates of completed work.

3.3. The Contractor undertakes to provide developers and not change the price during the term of the agreement.

3.4 The Contractor undertakes to comply with the following requirements:

• system development using unified coding standards
• the system must integrate with external services

3.5. The Client is obliged to accept and pay for the completed stages according to the Contractor's certificate of completed work within the agreed terms and in the procedure established by this agreement.

3.6. The Client is obliged to provide the Contractor with all necessary information in a timely manner.
