From the previous post, we saw how the customer processing panel works. Today we will talk in more detail about one separate part of it: “Scripted conversation”.

Problem
Cold calls are still used in many companies. Therefore, scripts are a necessary detail in sales, and they especially help new employees in their work. For them, such texts are like a lifebuoy, but where should they be stored? Print them on a sheet, save them on a computer, on a phone, etc.? But in that case, they may not be at hand at the right moment, and this will lead to a long pause in the conversation with the customer. In such a case, there can be no talk of any completed deal.
Solution
When working with a customer according to a script, the sales manager must see all the data in front of them and have instant access to it. In “Forma”, when clicking the “Scripted conversation” button, all information about the person the employee is calling will appear on the right, and customer work strategies will appear on the left. For example, the manager has to make a cold call; in that case, they need a strategy for getting acquainted and collecting additional data. The call can also be made to agree on a deal, make a sale, provide information, etc. (You may have your own names). After selecting a strategy, the manager will have access to questions and scripts (answers). If the answer was different, it can be recorded in a separate line.



Real-life example
To systematize communication with a customer, it is important to record each next step (for example, call in a week) and enter it into the calendar. Managers, especially beginners, can often forget about this. To prevent this from happening, the “FORMA” application has a line for writing the next step and a calendar. The system will not allow you to perform other actions until you fill in the previous ones. Such functions help avoid errors caused by the human factor.
