When working with a customer according to a script, the sales manager must see all the data in front of them and have instant access to it. For example, the manager has to make a cold call; in that case, they need a strategy for getting acquainted and collecting additional data. The call can also be made to agree on a deal, make a sale, provide information, etc. (You may have your own names). After selecting a strategy, the manager will have access to questions and scripts (answers). If the answer was different, it can be recorded in a separate line.
