For actions such as hiring new employees or surveying clients, tests are often needed. To make it easier to find new employees and avoid wasting time discussing formal questions, HR specialists simply have a potential employee take a test. And for clients, this practice is good because it does not require much time from the consumer and allows the organization’s activities to be analyzed.

Problem
Google Forms are usually used for such actions. But this is not always convenient. Why? Because it is work with a third-party service, where the results will then have to be analyzed. And in order to transfer them into your CRM system (or another web service), you need to constantly switch between tabs.
Solution
FORMA offers its own solution in the form of a separate “Tests” section. Its functionality is simple and consists of 4 action options available to the user:
- create/edit/delete a test,
- view the list of all tests,
- take a test,
- view test results.
After clicking the “Create test” button, you need to come up with a name for it. After that, you can create questions. In each of the questions, you can add a block name. For example, if at the beginning of the questionnaire you want to place personal information: full name, phone number, etc., this block will be called “Personal data”. Next, you can place blocks of questions about work experience, skills, and others. It depends on who this test is intended for. Answers can be either free-form or with ready-made answer options. If necessary, it is possible to add hints or make a question mandatory.

At the end of the questionnaire, the user will find lines for writing their name, email, and any other information. They will also be able to attach any file, for example, a resume.
Practical task
Theory is, of course, good, but practice is even better. To consolidate what you have read and seen, you can complete practical tasks. Write to us in direct messages, and we will give you access to an account with the practical part.
Tell us in the comments whether you have created tests yourself and in which applications.
