In the previous post, we discussed why tests are needed and how to create them in our business tool FORMA. Today we will discuss how and why your clients can take tests.

Problem
Business owners sometimes get too carried away with sales funnels, products, and direct line employees. They forget that these stages are far from everything that can be done to improve sales. One way to look at your product differently is feedback from the client. But not by phone! In the 21st century, almost no one wants to talk anymore. If there are questions, write; people do not have time for empty chatter.
Solution
If people do not want to talk to you, there is one option left: get feedback through client testing. FORMA has a “Tests” section for this. They can be taken not only by potential employees, but also by clients! Simply instead of questions about work experience, ask about the experience of using your product, goods, or service. Ask them to give an assessment or recommendations for improving the service. Everything depends only on what goals this test has. Perhaps to identify weak points in the product? To find out the quality of service in the store?


As an addition, the client can attach photo/video material or another file at the end of the test.

If this client was not previously in the sales funnel, but ordered your product/service on a third-party service and filled out the test, then they automatically enter the sales funnel. Therefore, in the future you will be able to contact them for feedback and continue moving them through the funnel.
