Over several years we have designed and built systems for several carriers: from online ticket sales to trip, partner and money accounting. This page brings that experience together with what we offer a carrier today.
A free consultation with an architect, with a price estimate afterwards. We go through your processes, routes and the software you already use, and after the call we send a cost and timeline estimate by phase. No obligation. Book a consultation.
Why a carrier needs its own system
While sales go through a brochure website, messengers and spreadsheets, every new trip adds manual work: operators reconcile seats, the manager collects figures in the evening, partners wait for statements. Your own system turns this into software: passengers buy tickets themselves, seats are counted per leg of the route, money and reports are collected automatically.
Our booking and accounting algorithms are already proven with real carriers, and our Fractal technology generates the system foundation. So the budget goes into what is special about your business, not into rewriting what already works.
Our bus transport projects
- Svit BUS: app, website and accounting system for bus ticket booking: segment search, return trips, discounts, refunds, finance dashboard. Designed and built end to end. Case · website svitbus.com.ua
- Bus Prestige: a carrier website on our Svit BUS engine with a different look. bus-prestige.com.ua
- BusTicket: ticket sales admin system: owner, booking, partner, operator and driver panels, trip and discount builders. Case · videos: booking flow, administration
- LEX: design of an international bus service: business analysis, specification, architecture, wireframes, Swagger API. Case · design walkthrough video. The carrier website lexclub.eu does not respond now, so we do not link to a live version.
- Fractal “Bus transport” schema: 22 domain tables from which our generator builds the database, API and admin panel of a new project. Fractal case
Adjacent transport: NorthWest (TMS for freight), UNO Taxi (taxi and delivery), GARAGE (car service network and route to the service). All our work: development cases.
Freight and B2B marketplaces
Buses are one part of our transport work. In freight and logistics marketplaces, where shippers, carriers and dispatchers meet, the pain is different. Here is what we build into such systems from the first version.
- Counterparty verification. carriers and shippers are verified before the first deal: company data comes from registries and check services such as Opendatabot and YouControl.
- Electronic document flow. requests, contracts, waybills and acts live with the deal; EDO connections (Vchasno, M.E.Doc) and qualified e-signatures are phased in, and part of the signing can stay manual in the pilot.
- GPS without own trackers. at the start the driver PWA sends coordinates every 15–30 seconds, trip statuses reach the cabinet in real time, and fleets with trackers get an import adapter.
- Bidding and price. requests, carrier bids and pricing rules by route, with the same logic as leg-based pricing in bus systems.
- Factoring through a partner. the minimal first-version integration: the carrier confirms the waybill, the system builds an application for the partner, the status comes back by webhook. In-house scoring waits for the next stage.
- Data for future AI. every action (bid, price change, time to match, delay) goes to an event log on which Predictive Pricing, Matching and ETA can be trained in 12–18 months.
- Pilot on anchor routes. first a few popular routes and anchor clients, tuning together with dispatchers and logistics directors, then nationwide scale. The pilot leaves out what can come later: AI modules, full e-signature automation, a native mobile app.
We built document flow and counterparty checks for a logistics company in NorthWest. We have not worked with the Vchasno, M.E.Doc, Opendatabot and YouControl APIs in production directly, so we test them in a sandbox in the first project phase and only then name the timeline and price of that block.
How it can look for you
The screens below are demo mockups built on our Svit BUS and BusTicket experience. The data is illustrative, the logic is the one running for our clients.

Advanced features
- AI route optimisation. the most efficient routes built automatically with traffic, weather and road load in real time.
- Personal recommendations. machine learning predicts customer preferences (favourite seats, routes) and offers personal discounts and services.
- Demand-based dynamic pricing. ticket price depends on demand and seat availability, like airlines do.
- Contactless passenger identification. face recognition for check-in at boarding: faster and with fewer mistakes.
- External platform integration. Uber, BlaBlaCar and others: the passenger books a transfer to the final point right in the app.
- Big data reports. passenger flow trends, customer preferences and route profitability.
- Predictive bus maintenance. IoT sensors watch bus condition and warn about breakdowns before downtime.
- Multi-currency payments. crypto, digital wallets and international payment systems.
- Panoramic or VR bus tour. the passenger looks around the cabin and picks a seat before buying.
- Loyalty gamification. bonus kilometres and cashback for frequent trips.
- Live bus map. the passenger sees their bus and the exact arrival time.
- Review and reputation management. the system processes reviews, publishes positive ones and helps resolve issues.
- Voice assistants. booking and trip information via Siri, Google Assistant or Alexa.
- Real-time demand management. the system watches load factor and suggests adding buses on busy routes.
- Social sign-in. quick sign-up and offers based on user activity.
Data model
The data foundation is the Fractal “Bus transport” schema: buses and amenities, trips with ordered stops, legs with price and seat limit, orders, tickets, payments, refunds, discounts, campaigns, promo codes and exchange rates. The generator builds the database, API and admin panel from it, and the schema is extended for each carrier’s processes.
Ticket sale loop
The key logic: a trip is split into legs between stops, and a free seat is counted for every leg separately. So one seat can be sold to several passengers on different parts of the route, and the search shows only seats that are really available.

Why your own system and not an off-the-shelf service
Better than ready-made software. Ready-made services are programs your company has to adapt to. We automate your own unique business processes.
How we differ from competitors. We are cheaper and faster because we have ready components and experience rolling out bus ticket booking software. We build a unique product for you on top of proven booking and accounting algorithms.
Why an app beats a plain website. A website helps with advertising, but with a website alone a lot of manual work remains: people handle bookings, seats, payments and reports. That blocks scaling, profit growth and new routes.
Why now. We take no more than five projects a year: we compete on quality, not quantity, so the team schedule has limited slots.

Where to see a live system
Public websites running on our work: svitbus.com.ua and bus-prestige.com.ua. Admin panels sit behind carrier sign-in, so we show them on a call and in the BusTicket videos. The screens above are demo mockups without a separate public address.
Let’s start with a free consultation. Leave a request on systems.ingello.com, and after the call we will send a price and timeline estimate by phase.
